The hostess was nice , attentive and helpful, but perhaps a little bit too much 'in your face ', all the time. Her extroverted personality showed, a bit too much, threshold uncomfortable.
Really nice ambient. Good service and really great taste. My favourite was Chicken Carbonara Pasta. Would love to try rest of the dishes.
Highly recommend, fair price for amazing food. Delicious homemade pasta. Can’t go wrong with calamari, Caesar, angel hair and carbonara.
They accommodated our group of 13 last minute while we were in London (at the Brier) the evening of Saturday March 4. Darling (our server/host) was funny, hard working and knew the menu inside and out. Her recommendations were well received and the food was so good. We all really enjoyed the atmosphere and the authenticity of the food. Highly recommend the calamari!
No idea who 's giving these 5 stars reviews. The person who greeted us gave a sneer of disapproval when we said there would be 5 of us not the 6 that we reserved. This person ended up serving us. We had to ask another waiter for drinks when ours neglected to check in on us after our drinks were empty for a while. We were the third group seated but the food was late. After a while, we had to ask for bread that seemed to be on other people 's tables shortly after sitting. The food was very average. Starchy pasta, mediocre pizza. The beat salad was the definition of bland! One of us asked for some parm cheese on the pizza. The server seemed to disprove then spooned it onto the pizza putting way too much on. Later they came back asking if we wanted parm on our pasta. We said no thanks. Then they came back again and asked if we want parm on our pasta in a condescending manner. We were like wtf??? The online menu is VERY outdated and inaccurate with options and prices. I don 't like to shoot down an establishment but when you drop $300 on a meal, one expects decent service and decent food. We got neither. Additionally, we heard a lady at another table ask for something not to be added to her pasta and the server said "Well, the chef added that ingredient for a reason. Wow!.. Place was busy though so maybe some folks are just oblivious. Even if they gave us gift certificates, I 'd give them to a coworker I didn 't like...
