I am familiar with Jack Astor's as I have dined there before. I recently visited the city and decided to go out to dinner at the restaurant.

We waited for a waitress to take our order for minutes, and another to get the bill. We were here for an entire hour and minutes just to get a single drink. Absolutely ridiculous!

After dining at Jack Astor's downtown for dinner, I had a terrible experience with the waitress. She made a comment that they really need to improve their service skills.

Great service, wonderful atmosphere. Recommend eating here. Music is a little out of the ordinary for a restaurant but still good.

Waited 30 min for a waitress to take our order, and another 20 to get the bill. We were here a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes to get a single drink. Ridiculous!
