Pizza Nova - London

This was my first experience dining at Pizza Nova, and I must say, the staff was incredibly patient while I figured out my order. I had been hearing a lot about their Meatball Sandwich from radio commercials, so I decided to give it a try. Wow... it was excellent! I also discovered they offer Veal Cutlets and Mediterranean Salad, which I didn't know before. I plan to return soon to sample those two dishes next. I've heard that a Mediterranean diet is beneficial for me, and now I know exactly where to find it!

The pizza was delicious and offered a great variety of toppings. However, the crust was slightly overcooked, bordering on burnt. Since we were away from home, we appreciated that the delivery person called us upon arrival, as we had requested in our note, rather than simply leaving the order at the door.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! It's been so long since I enjoyed fried panzerotti, and I was thrilled with what I found here. Instead of being too soggy, these were light, fluffy, and moist—absolutely delicious! The owner was very friendly and personable, which added to the great atmosphere. This is definitely the perfect spot to satisfy your panzerotti cravings!

Update: This place is still an incredible spot for pizza! I customized my pizza on this visit, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

We usually have a great experience with the party-sized pizza here, especially when our go-to spot is closed or when we need to feed a large group. The service is always quick and accurate, they accept debit at the door, and the staff is very polite. The fresh toppings are usually a highlight. However, today when we ordered from the Wellington Road store—our preferred location—our pizza was terrible. The crust was so thin that we had to eat it with a knife and fork. Both of our party pizzas had almost no cheese, and the pepperoni was so sparse that you could count the pieces. Additionally, the toppings were placed more than two inches from the edge of the pizza, leaving us with an excessive amount of crust. I called to express my disappointment, and they offered to remake just one of the pizzas. Given the delicious pizzas we’ve come to expect, this was a huge letdown. I'm really disappointed by the recent price increase and what seems to be a deliberate reduction in toppings to offset costs.
