Contribuisci feedbackI ordered food through subway app at 9.20pm and it's a curbside pickup , and when the staff came to given the food , she told me that they don't do curbside delivery after 7.00 pm. I just did a curbside order because it's showing in the app and there is curbside board straight to their shop parking lot. I don't know why she told me like that,I talk to her that it's not mentioned anywhere and she replied that don't do that next time. If the staff can't do that please let the managers knows that and teach them how to treat the customers. This is a feedback from a 1.5 year experienced subway sandwich artist. Thank you.
Horrible ,ordered a sub asked what cheese I wanted said mozzarella lie normal on an assorted it cst me 18 dollars I asked why because of the cheese I was told , they charged me 8 dollars for damn cheese ,, WELL YOU HAVE LOST A COSTUMER NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN , AND CANT SPEAK ENGLISH ,!!!
They are open 24/7 and has always given the best service. Sometimes they are too busy at nights with one person handling everything inside but the staff still handles it very well!
I took a red flag deal picture on my phone for the discount on the subway series sandwiches. I was told they cannot scan the coupons unless I get physical copies that come in the mail. Every place accepts digital copies these days and this place still needs “actual” coupons. Not going back here in the future.
I have a coupon in which $2 off any subway series 6 inch. They said in this coupon they don’t mention about veggy patty so you can’t use this coupon. Seriously ?
