My older parents here for dinner. The girl on the counter asks if she could help us. Clear table for 3 please, then silence, I'm like not open, Now we just made a reno! Who reno on a...Tuesday at 5:00. She said she would ask the man if we could sit like the Reno guys just finished, 5 minutes later, they say back, the manager said we need to clean the area now, but u can sit on the high stools on the window. Remember that I am with my 78 yr old parents. I'm just like that, we'll go somewhere else, and maybe we want to post a sign that your dining area is closed. She said we posted on Instagram. Now guess what, most older have no Instagram. Big mistake!!!! On that day, February 21, how shameful, you, you, you could not come to the counter and explain what was going on. I guess the Coop is so good that you lack customer service.
Small family owned, neighborhood restaurant with friendly service. I found this place very similar to Swiss Chalet ... many pommes, small cuts of chicken, biscuit on the side and similar prices. It's not bad, but there's nothing that would make me hurry. Perhaps the other elements on their menu are more impressive than the chicken dinner.
Amazing sandwiches and the Mac and cheese we are fighting about it! the redisserie chicken is delicious and we are happy to have it again.
If you're in search of a great new spot to satisfy your hunger, The Coop Supply Co. is the place to be! Formerly known as The Coop Rotisserie, this new dine-in restaurant maintains the same high quality food that we have come to love from their takeaway window. The atmosphere is fun and cool, with attention to detail in the decor right down to the cheeky posters in the washrooms. Desserts are a must-try, and special order cakes, cheesecakes, and French pastries are still available for pickup or delivery. The staff is friendly and the service is impeccable (or should we say impeckable - we can't resist the chicken references!). They also have a patio for those who prefer outdoor dining.
