I would like to have it explained to me, since when is it acceptable for staff to stand behind the counter and be across a counter and yell quite loudly at a customer who is already clearly sitting down with other people? That was today’s experience. Two weeks ago I was in there ordered the belt sandwich and it was not correct. It was actually missing the egg. When I went back to the counter to say hey, where is my egg, quite nicely it was explained to me that it is now my responsibility to check the screen to make sure that my order was inputted correctly. Since when??? Now I am expected to monitor to be sure that my order is inputted correctly? And the staff that yelled at me for that should be ashamed of herself. You shouldn’t leave new people at the register without any assistance or back up. I need someone to explain to me why I would want to go back when all they seem to do is yell at customers. Don’t bother offering me something for nothing. Just give me what I pay for correctly and politely I’m not rude to you I don’t raise my voice to you.
The staff at this location are beyond ignorant and rude. They will downright ignore you and talk to you like your worthless once you have their attention. I have never in my life experience such horrendously shameful and outright discusting customer service in my life. I left without my order. They can keep it. I want nothing to do with this location and after the way I was treated. Shame on you all.
If you are going to be involved with taking orders on Skip, then order accuracy should be of utmost importance. Each and every time that I have ordered and this location has filled the order, there have been missing items, or unacceptable substitutions based on the original request.
