Contribuisci feedbackLocated on the bustling Rich Moon Row, this restaurant does not offer a drive-through or easily accessible parking. However, the location is still great and there is seating available inside. There are a few street parking spots in front of the restaurant, although they tend to fill up quickly. Guests may need to drive around a bit to find a spot.
The coffee is good, but the service is slow. I believe all the DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers use this place.
I ordered a Blackberry Yuzu Quencher and was served a cup filled mostly with ice. In their other locations, they usually provide a smaller amount of ice and more beverage. This location seems to do the opposite. I do not recommend dining here.
The customer service at this restaurant was awful, and the staff member was very rude.
They did not picked my call at all. I placed an online order and I just want to make some changes but no one responded it. Is this there customer service?
