Wendy's - London

The North Center Rib location in London, Ontario consistently has poor quality food. The rib was dry and tasteless, the fries were soggy, and my drink was flat and incorrect. The staff appears to be inexperienced and frequently confused. Every time I visit this restaurant, my order is incorrect and the food is not fresh.

Terrible customer service! the company office directly informed with a problem regarding this location, to which they first reacted in a day and that was ok. They asked for more information and advised that a follow-up from the exact restaurant would take place. I have provided the additional information on the same day. I never received a response after the first answer. I had followed 4 days later and then after another 6 days, just to be ignored. oh and see for their menu price, 10 pieces chicken nuggets are 3 times the price of a 5 piece

That is lost. we have 2 chili and an salate. a simple order right? wrong. first they forget the salat, and then they give us cold, obviously expired chili, sitting outside, and I know that it wasn't the driver because we are only 5 minutes away from us. the better wendy’s is on huron and adelaide.

The burgers at this restaurant are huge and the staff are very friendly and efficient!

Hands down one of the best fast food chains there is and this restaurant specifically is always fantastic. Super fast, great food. Never missing items in drive thru (a huge issue with other drive thru places We tried the Wendy's breakfast today and was not disappointed! The new wedges are delicious and way crisper and better than Tim Hortons (yes, I said it). My fiancé had a baconator breakfast sandwich which was incredible (obviously I had to try a bite). Bacon was perfectly cooked. I had a swiss, egg, and sausage on a croissant and the swiss cheese sauce is probably the best thing you could ever put on a breakfast sandwich. Of course my fiancé had to try a frosty-ccino and it was ridiculously good. Seriously their breakfast blows McDonald's and Tim's out of the water.
