I have been to dim sum houses in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto's Chinatowns. I've always considered these excellent in comparison to smaller centres such as in SK where I live. Well, this has changed now that I've visited Wing's Kitchen for the second year. The server was very friendly, the food piping fresh, all dishes were delightfully tasty, and very generous portions were served. Heck, I even had to take out a sticky rice because of the large servings. Sorry SK, but the best here pales in comparison to what I now consider my favourite dim sum restaurant in Canada. I will be back.
Best in town! Fresh, generous portions, nicely served, and delicious. The veg bean curd rolls are terrific.I've ordered take-away several times since: prompt, hot and exactly as ordered. Friendly people, too!
This is a hidden gem Chinese restaurant near the Markham, Ontario standard. Usually, most Chinese restaurants are on the west side of London, so it is easy to overlook this one. Food is excellent, service is very good and pricing is quite competitive. We live nearby, and is very happy to have such a high quality restaurant near us.
We have eaten at Wing's 3 times so far, twice for dim sum and once for supper. Overall the food is as good or better than any of the other dim sum restaurants in town and is the only one on the north east side of the city. Prices are about average and the service is friendly and attentive. I would recommend if you are looking for a real Cantonese style meal as opposed to the pseudo Chinese (chop suey and chicken balls)that is often the norm in many other places. They also have a selection of Vietnamese dishes but I have not tried any yet
