Blackberry Bakery - Londonderry

I was a little uncertain when I first arrived at the bakery because it seemed dimly lit, and I wasn't sure if they were open. However, the gentleman behind the counter was very kind. I ended up trying three cupcakes and a ricotta bar. The ricotta bar was delicious, but the cupcakes were the star of the visit. They were moist and substantial without being overly dense. The mousse filling was my favorite part, and the buttercream was smooth and sweet—just the right amount that melts in your mouth. I will definitely be returning!

This authentic bakery consistently offers delicious baked goods. We've been coming here for years, whether for quick snacks or full cake orders, and we're always impressed by the taste. On our latest visit, we tried a carrot cake, a 7-layer bar, raspberry and apple cinnamon pastries, a raspberry cream brownie, and a rocky road bar—all of which were fantastic!

Our son's cake was a huge success! Our family members couldn't stop talking about how wonderful it looked and tasted. You did an amazing job!

Love there pork cakes are in 6/8 12? Sizes on are Scrump Delious. Prices are expensive (very expensive), but I am still tasty and will still buy
