While standing in line I watched both male employees scratching their heads under their hats one sniffed his fingers after doing so. They didn't wash their hands before making orders. I stepped out of line it was just way to gross.

Male staff member was huffy and passive aggressive with us when we accidentally locked up the incorrect item on the counter. He had put an orange Julius in the incorrect container a DQ container hence the reason we assumed it was ours and not the other person present who ordered orange Julius. It is okay to make a mistake. It is not okay to get passive aggressive with your customer when you realize the mistake. Also, the female taking orders is wearing a mask, and is difficult to understand. Poor communication over all.
