Heidi's Brooklyn Deli - Lone Tree

Drove 30 minutes on a Saturday for them to be closed at 6:00 when their hours online and on the door say they are open till 7:00.

Used to be my our favorite place. Within last 6 months service isn’t the same. Takes a very long time to get two sandwiches, sandwiches weren’t made correctly, and the chips and pickle included in the order weren’t included. Thinking maybe that was just a “one off” bad visit, I continued going back. I’ve continued to experience the same poor service. I’m bummed.

I have been a big fan of Heidi’s but I swear something gets missed a lot. I ordered 2 Hell’s Kitchen breakfast sandwiches and they forgot the avacado and Cajun sauce! What?

This is NOT a Deli. Wouldn't last a week in New York. More of a mediocre Subway at best. Food was ok but pricey. Service was slow with two people standing around chatting, seemingly unaware that there were customers to be served. Not worth the trip. Poorly managed franchise.

The ladies were nice. The food is outrageously overpriced for what you get. I’m not against paying $20 for an Italian Sandwich but if you’re gonna charge above average prices they sandwich should be above average. It wasn’t, just a ton of bread, decent meat but the same sandwich cost $10 anywhere else. I should’ve just gone to Jersey mikes down the street and at least I get well priced sandwich.
