Do not trust a basket of objects that are selected on the transport belt to check. they will crush their food on the belt to dump, soft products, and expect them to be grateful that they have done it. when they complain to a manager for the 4th time, they say that it's prerogative to do that even if there is no sign that it says so. they will consider them as a little pos when they complain and tell them that their cash is their best cash, while they are the items they choose and gives them a dazzling evil eye. they stay away from all this eating if they appreciate their.
Wonderful! love it already. beautiful displays, much speciality, many plant-based brands, large fresh options to go, and I want to eat the bread cabinet. as a 365 line the prices are more reasonable, similar to sprouts. admitted, I went to the grand opening, but I hope the mood, the friendliness and the plentiful fresh ones continue. will come back soon.
I had a terrible experience at the Whole Foods in Long Beach. The manager was rude and unapologetic, stating that if I didn't like their service, I should shop elsewhere. They have no qualms about dumping items from your basket onto the conveyor belt, damaging delicate produce in the process. Despite multiple complaints, the manager insisted it was their right to handle items this way, even though there are no signs indicating so. They treated me poorly when I voiced my concerns, praising their cashier who continued to mishandle my items and give me dirty looks. I highly recommend avoiding this Whole Foods if you value your self-respect.
Absolutely stunning! I'm already a fan. The restaurant has beautiful displays and offers a wide variety of specialty items, including many plant-based options. I was particularly impressed by the large selection of fresh, grab-and-go items. I can't wait to try the bread cabinet! The prices were quite reasonable, similar to Sprouts. I visited during the Grand Opening and I hope that the positive vibe, friendly atmosphere, and abundance of fresh products continue. I will definitely be returning soon.
The manager at this Long Beach restaurant is incredibly rude to customers, suggesting that if you don't like their service, you should shop elsewhere. They refuse to let you hand-select items from the conveyor belt for checkout, instead placing your food directly onto the belt, potentially damaging your items. If you dare to complain to the manager, they will dismiss your concerns and insist that it is their right to handle things this way, even though there are no signs indicating such a policy. They will treat you poorly and belittle you for speaking up, even going so far as to claim that their cashier is superior while giving you a hostile glare. It is best to avoid this restaurant if you value your dignity.
