Greek Cove East Norwich - Long Beach

I?m really not one to write a negative review, I would just not go back. However I wasn?t a fan the first time my wife brought the food home. The second time got food poisoning after eating a lamb gyro. Vomiting and on toilet for hours. Couldn?t walk right for a week. Beware!!!

Carley was very friendly and fast when taking my order. We got the falafel platter and chicken tenders platter for the kids. The food was fresh and tasty! The portions were huge. The service was extremely fast. You can tell the food was amazing as they had a lot of take out orders as well. The salad was flavorful and so was the spicy roasted red pepper feta dip. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for greek food in long beach! Will definitely be coming back!

My son suggested we go here. I am all about supporting local business. We decided to dine in. We placed our order at the counter. Our food was delivered in take out form. If you have in door seating and have chosen to eat at the establishment give me a real plate with silverware The napkins were worse than newspaper. They seem to have a great take out clientele. So happy for them. We ordered the gyro sandwich. An over abundance of meat. They did not put lettuce.

As a foodie and positively impacted by good customer service and nice staff, I wholeheartedly recommend. Food is delicious, plentiful and prepared by order. Quality ingredients and always satisfies. Try everything and promise you?ll come back. Literally, home cooking at it?s finest. Truly, a new present for Long Beach and foodies searching for variety, freshness, quality ingredients, very nice staff and a pleasant experience!

The food here is great. Portions are huge. I ordered the gyro platter with lemon potatoes and my wife got the chicken gyro platter. We had enough for two days and the leftovers are even better the next day. Yes there are other Greek places in the area but this is definitely a place you should try out. Now that they have extended hours you can grab something for dinner as well.
