L’onda Lounge - Long Beach

One manager, named Tony, refused to help customers by downloading a cable app to use as a remote for the TVs. He allowed a group of 15 customers to leave because they couldn't watch football. The only good thing about the bar was a bartender who was let go due to poor management. The frozen beverage machine is placed on top of a hot dishwasher, resulting in watery drinks. Despite complaints, management refused to move it. The menu is a joke among staff and customers. It's clear that the management doesn't care about the customers or improving the business. Vegetarian options are almost nonexistent.

The Allegria Hotel is a fantastic destination for lunch. My husband and I had a wonderful time there, enjoying delicious food and a lovely beachfront view at a reasonable cost. The hostess, Lois, was also very kind and helpful in answering our questions about local activities. We will certainly be returning to this establishment in the future.

Lauren, our server, was professional and very friendly. I frequent this restaurant often since I live nearby. I prefer to visit when she is working, as she always makes me feel welcomed. The views are great all year round. If I were hosting a gathering or event, I would definitely consider this place.

Where do I start? Rooms were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable and room had no sound proofing. We could hear the music pumping from the rooftop party. The tile in our shower was completely cracked and we nearly cut our feet. The elevators were broken. The service at the restaurant was slower than a sloth and the food was sub par, seemed like reheated frozen stuff. The. Worst. Hotel. Not sure why they feel they have the right to charge as much as they do.

Place is disgusting!!!! Blood on the walls carpets and bed. Black mold everywhere. Don't stay here, service is the worst and the manager should be cleaning toilets instead of running this place. Stay away
