Contribuisci feedbackI called and explain that they didn?t even add the things that come with the bowl or some of the things I added and my baby was making noise in the background and after they take care of the problem a woman start talking about my baby making sounds in the background completely disrespectful.
I ordered two bowls, but they were both filled with granola and contained no pitaya at all. I tried to call the restaurant, but the number wasn’t working. To make matters worse, I found hair in one of the bowls. It's frustrating to see that a place like this, especially with such young staff, charges $15 per bowl when the quality is so poor.
The staff here is very friendly and allowed us to try dishes with green and hearty flavors, which we had never encountered before. I ordered the green bowl, and it was absolutely delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. They take great care in selecting clean and solid berries, which is quite a meticulous process. I enjoyed it for breakfast every day!
I wish I could leave zero starts, but that?s not possible. The employees at Playa bowls Pier Village in Long Branch are extremely rude, immature and have zero customer service skills. I have been a Playa bowl customer for years, and never had a problem, until I went to this store in Long Branch NJ. The first visit had a long wait time, so the next time I went there, I decided to order through the app. I get to the store 5 minutes after my pick up time, and my food only started being prepared after I asked for it mind you the pick up time through the app was 30min, but it actually took at least 45 minutes total). The second episode was yesterday, when we arrived at the store about 15min before closing even though I never arrive at a store that late, because of how rude the associates usually act, but it was 4th of July weekend, so I decided to stop by and get a bowl). My partner waited and was ignored on the register for 5 min, until I lost my mind and had to go inside of the store I was on the outside seats) and asked why nobody was taking our order, or why nobody couldn?t even acknowledge us, when they have 3 people working behind that counter, and one the associate in a rude manner, told me she was finishing up something before she could take care of me fine, but tell me what is going on, don?t pretend I don?t exist, then tell me you did not see me before), the second employee instead of helping me, started mocking me, and laughing on my face, because I asked for service. There was only person who was helpful in that store, and it was this young, and nice lady who was trying to take our orders, which after thinking about everything the employees could do to our food, we decided to not order anything and leave the store. Good job, Play bowls, I hope I?ll never have to go to that store again. One less customer, way to go!
I am so tired of ordering my bowl through door dash and not getting what I paid for!! I always get extra Nutella in my bowl and they never put extra or the banana that is suppose to come with it. I actually use to work for playabowls before so I know how it is suppose to be portion. This is the 3rd time now. Stop being lazy!
