White Hills - Long Gully

We had a pleasant dinner at this restaurant, enjoying the chickpea and chips dish. The server, a friendly girl, provided excellent service and made our dining experience even better. We phoned in our order and were told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, and it was ready right on time.

Excellent food. Terrific for Gluten free meals. Hamburgers with gluten free bread, no egg or dairy in patties. Chips cooked in separate oil. Excellent.......

Had some chips and potato cakes for lunch with the family. The chips were some of the best I've ever had and I highly recommend them. The potato cakes were also delicious. Can't give it five stars until I try more dishes!

I have driven past this takeaway spot many times and it always seems to be busy... but tonight it was quiet. I arrived early in the evening, which may be why. The exterior is charming with fairy lights, located on a busy street with limited parking. The restaurant is simple and only offers takeaway service. The staff member who helped me was very friendly. The prices were reasonable and I ordered a delicious burger. Overall, it satisfied my needs and I would recommend stopping by for a quick bite on the way home.

We called and came to pick up when we said the food should be ready. When we arrived, they hadn't started cooking. It ended up waiting a long time. They were very busy, but they could be better appreciated... waiting times for phone orders. The fish was excellent and better than the average, but the rest of the food (including chips! was extremely poor and worse than most other places. We tried because they make gluten-free fish and chips, but it would be better to go without such a mediocre meal.
