Truva Grill Cafe - Long Island City

Chicken Shish Kebab was OK. There are 4 pieces of chicken in the small portion. The accompanying tomato and salad come in a separate container. The tomato is NOT grilled as depicted in the photo, however. The bread that came with the order was also mediocre, possibly stale. The Lentil Soup was also just mediocre. The Lahmacun came folded and soggy. The toppings were watery, and I am scared to even try it.

It came out exactly how I wanted! Rice needed a bit more salt, but it tasted fine after addng the sauces.

I'm Turkish and in my unbiased opinion, this is the best and most authentic Turkish restaurant in the city. Try Lamb Adana Kebab, lahmacun and manti.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! I highly recommend the beef shish kebab.

The food is incredible, the desserts are fantastic, and the service is excellent. I adore this place and highly recommend it.
