Waterfront Crabhouse - Long Island City

The food was ok.. nothing thrilled.. we had couples of appetizers the mc and cheese with crab was super oiled and greased the flatbread margarita was horrible.. it looked like they used a cracker as the dough and it was all saggy... first time .. if we come back.. surely we would try something else..

Way too loud, Especially for Mother's Day brunch. Crab legs were dry and most certainly are frozen. Someone ruined the Crab House.

Sorry to say, but we walked out and went to another restaurant in our local town. We arrived on time. they attempted to sit us in the doorway out in the porch. It was pouring rain outside and the porch was damp, as well as the doorway was full of people traffic. They offered to accommodate us in the main dining room which was welcomed, until we noticed what was going on. They were setting up for a large graduation party and adding a single table for us in the middle of that party. We left!!! They should not have accepted reservations when they were consuming all the space for a party. I was very disappointed, as I heard good things about this restaurant and I drove a long way in heavy traffic.

Love this place and have to go when I dream about the shrimp clam pasta!

Food Was tasty. Loved the truffle and chive mashed potatoes. Overall it can be a little pricey for food and drinks. Not a place to go often if you are counting your coins.
