Hardshell Cafe - Long Island

Hidden gem! The hosts are fantastic, and the view of the water is beautiful. I would give it 10 stars, I always enjoy coming here.

I made reservations for the Lobster Bake in September and it was amazing! We took a ferry to Long Island and enjoyed the beautiful scenery before our meal. The sunset views while we ate our delicious food were fantastic. The hosts were welcoming and fun to chat with. This experience is now one of our favorite memories from our visits to coastal Maine.

This restaurant is a great place to have a team lunch and enjoy a wonderful dining experience.

Best spot to stop while visiting- beaching or biking for a quick lunch ice cream or take out!!!! Sit and enjoy like a local!!! Everything is made from scratch!!!!!!
