Caribou Coffee - Long Lake

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly, but I have encountered issues with my drink being made incorrectly several times. I frequently order online, and this has been a problem whether I order ahead or use the drive-thru. It's always disappointing when my drink doesn't match what I ordered.

The company website indicates that this establishment closes at 4:00 PM, but in reality, it remains open until 6:00 PM. It's a lovely place with a friendly staff. I enjoyed a breakfast sandwich for an early dinner while meeting with colleagues involved in a volunteer project. I'll definitely be returning!

I typically enjoy visiting this Caribou location, but today I had a less than pleasant experience. I ordered a medium-sized caramel craft beverage, and about 45 minutes later, while I was still sipping on it, I noticed something green floating at the bottom of my cup. Upon closer inspection, it looked suspiciously like either mold or algae. I can't help but wonder if they properly clean their machines, as this shouldn't happen, especially if they are using fresh ingredients. I'm not sure what went wrong, but discovering that in my drink was really off-putting, especially since I had already consumed half of it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Good service, always very nice people work, but communication and reading specifications on their drinks needs change ASAP. I can't have that? Energy syrup in any of my drinks, but again and again I? ve had to go back or call them to tell them that they put the energy syrup in my drinks. I have bad reactions to the syrup because of my medication and I? ve told them that and the manager assured me that she? ve related this to the rest of the staff, but it happened again today. Other times? ve made an icy drink hot or gave me the wrong drinks. There must be better communication in drinks.

Had this wonderful young lady serve me at the long lake location! I believe her name was Danielle. The coffee was perfect and she was very sweet! Will definitely be coming to this location again! I happened to notice that she was not yet up on the recognition door by all the birthday cards? She definitely deserves to be up there, she?s always happy on the job and does her best to cheer the customers up! Thank you for the service and the wonderful employees!!
