Has connor again as our server, he is always fantastic.
We arrived 15 minutes early and were declared with take and seat, and we will write to them. hostess was not very friendly. to our planned time she took us to our place. no talk or no occasions offered. we waited one because before the server came over sand, he said he would be right with us, and once again one because before he arrived to ask for our drinks and apps. he seemed very happy and later he told us they were out of the laugh. the communication was down. he became more friendly and personable when he had our drinks and dinner.
I should have known when the elevator didn’t work and the main lighting in the parking lot was out that I shouldn’t have gone in. Decided to eat outside, even though it was cool and no heat lamps. Most other restaurants were prepared for cold snap. View is incredible. Ordered the stone crabs which were served uncracked but with a “nut cracker.” Any good stone crab restaurant either cracks them for you or they are served with a mallet (ask Joes in Miami). Made a mess , couldn’t open them properly and left in frustration. Oh well.
Some of us had the Early Bird dinner and it is a great value for what was received.
