The Thirsty Snail - Longboat Key

This place is possibly the most unique and detail oriented boba tea place I’ve ever been (including places in New York and Orlando). They have your more everyday flavors, yes, but their seasonal menu is where you find some of the more non-traditional and creatively executed options. I had the s’mores boba off their fall menu. I thought I was just going to get something close to the Starbucks s’mores option but then one of the owners filled an empty cup with smoke and then toasted individual marshmallows to go into the drink as well. It was delicious. It had a smokey finish. I had to fight my boyfriend for the marshmallows at the end.Also, the owners are super friendly.10/10 would highly recommend.

Not a bad word to say about this place! The two owners run the place and they have smiling faces as soon as you walk in the door! I try a new drink every time I come in and they’re all delicious! Shelley and Jason the owners are the best and so fun to talk to! I recommend everything on the menu. Great prices too!

Every time we come to Longboat, I make it a point to come get several drinks from The Thirsty Snail. We travel between Fort Lauderdale and Longboat at least once a month and always have to come in to get the best boba tea/ coffee combinations out there. These are the ones I got for today and tomorrow (if they even make it overnight). Only one not pictured is the Okinawa Coffee with Boba.

This little store and it’s owners are absolute GEMS! You have to go here! Don’t even think twice! Affordable prices, DELICIOUS drinks, and amazing variety will make your day: Ask for the owners recommendations! Those, along with the taro boba were our favorites!!
