Chef Eric and staff are passionate about the dishes served. My favorite course was was the Tunis Lamb Merguez; beautiful presentation and outstanding flavor. Delightful Colorado Bookcliff Wines accompanied each course. A very special evening on a real working farm..
I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the farm from Eric. The food was incredible! I wish I had known there were two courses, as I filled up on lamb and didn't have much room left for the delicious pork. However, I was not a fan of the wine selection. I'm not a red wine drinker, and I don't particularly like Bookcliff wines. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of wines to choose from.
I had an incredible experience. Every aspect was unforgettable.
The dining experience was wonderful, but the wine was disappointing. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes around, which made it uncomfortable.
I really enjoyed learning about Eric's farm, and the food was amazing! However, I wish I had known that there were two courses, as I ended up eating too much lamb and had little room left for the delicious pork. I wasn't fond of the wine selection either; I don't drink red wine and I'm not a fan of Bookcliff wines. It would have been great to have a broader choice of wines.
