Contribuisci feedbackOrdered the crab delight wontons, pad woon sen, fried rice, and the sunny delight stir fry. Everything arrived quickly and each item was fresh with the perfect spice level. Our very favorite were the wontons, the best wontons we’ve ever had anywhere.Food: 5/5
I order from Jai Thai pretty regularly and even drive over from Boulder because I love the food. Unfortunately, the last few times have been pretty disappointing. I always order spice level 5 and today when I sat down at home to eat there was no spice at all. I contacted them to let them know there is no spice and was told next time to write extra hot in the special request field. I don't know why I would need to write special instructions when I am requesting a spice level 5. I most definitely expected them to remake my food or at least offer, but they didn't even care. I will be going to Aloy Thai from now on, at least I can trust their spice level and customer service. According to many reviews here this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.Update: I very much appreciate the offer of a full refund and that you will look into and work on the spice level issues. I would very much like to continue to patronize your business as I really did enjoy the food when it is very spicy hot.
Great food, no indoor seating. Service was good. They brought the food out to us while we waited. The peanut sauce was excellent.
Absolutely delicious. I had the Tom yum soup and Penang curry. The coconut rice on its own was delicious. Will be back for more.
Beef in Beef Salad was tough. Had to throw away after two bites. Pad Thai is average at best. Maybe an “off” day for them but from my experience, the food was awful.
