Las Palmeras - Longmont

I just did a road trip visiting Arizona and New Mexico (I live in Longmont). I had a lot of Mexican food. Las Palmeras, hands down, has the best Mexican food in the 3 states. A MUST TRY!

Great restaurant. Combination plates are delicious. Definitely won't be my last time eating here.

This has become my favorite Mexican restaurant so far! The only downside is that I wish they offered glass bottles of Coke, as I’m not a fan of Pepsi. But that’s just a personal preference! I absolutely loved the shredded beef – it was delicious! The green chile was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Everything was wonderful!

We love visiting Las Palmeras! It’s definitely a Tex-Mex spot, which we really appreciate. On this visit, we shared the chicken nachos and the green chili plate. The shredded chicken on the nachos was delicious, and the nachos themselves were excellent. The pork in the green chili was incredibly tender, and the sauce isn't spicy, so no need to worry about that! If you're craving Tex-Mex, Las Palmeras is the place to be! Update: we shared the nachos again this time, and they were fantastic as always!

Los Palmeras is one of my favorite restaurants. They frequently feature unique traditional dishes that aren’t commonly found in Mexican restaurants. One of my top picks is their fish tacos, which are prepared incredibly well. The service is always exceptional, and there’s definitely a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes the place feel welcoming. I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable.
