While i know that the dining experience should be slow so you can enjoy the meal, the service we received was far from enjoyable. The steak that I had was probably the toughest piece of meat that I have ever had. I simply could not finish it. I did not complain about the steak, shame on me. I guess I expected much better from this establishment. My spouse and I had a glass of the house Cabernet but were shocked to see the charge for those two glasses was $48. Wow! To book a reservation, they charged me $25 which did not get removed from my dinner bill. I did call and after four separate calls, the charge was finally reversed. Thank you. I would certainly not recommend this restaurant as a go to place in Longmont. Sorry.
What a lovely 37th anniversary dinner. The cocktails were complex and tasty. Our server and other workers were so attentive. There were about 50 diners outdoors and 8 inside, so very busy. Tast hot bread. My duck pasta was delicious, as was my husband's lamb. Dessert a chocolate delight. Music low (we walk out of restaurants with loud music). So pleasant.
Martinis were pretty good and the crème brûlée was up there they used real vanilla bean which is crucial in my book. Hubs got the steak and was underwhelmed, he didn't think it was worth the price. I had muscles and mushroom soup which were actually very yummy! I don't think this will make it back on to a date night anytime soon... so I have to give it three stars. It was too expensive for not loving the food or drinks. Maybe we'll give it another try someday but I don't think anytime soon. Side note my mom loves this place for lunch! And the setting inside is romantic but a little tight if you're trying to have a private conversation.
Martini's is great. We've never had a disappointing meal here. The scallops and crab cake are my favorite entree on the menu, and my husband loved the steak. They also have an excellent happy hour! You can easily make a meal between cocktails and appetizers. It's a great way to spend an afternoon, especially on the patio (my favorite time of year for that is fall). The cocktails are innovative, interesting, and delicious. They're also not for the faint of heart (read: they are strong). I love that they also have interesting mocktails/alcohol free options! Very inclusive, and sometimes you just want to sip something interesting without necessarily getting a buzz. Servers are very friendly and always on top of things. Really nice service. Martini's has great staff. I know not everyone loves this, but I think it's very cool that their menu is a QR code!
Great taste, very nice setting in the outside and great attention and service. The Lamb with gnocchi has fantastic
