If you decide to try the BBQ pork sandwich, be ready for an explosion of flavor—seriously, you might want to bring an extra pair of socks because the first ones will be knocked off! The pork is braised for 13 hours before making its way into your sandwich, and that time is well worth it. My friend had the southwestern salad (which is vegan-friendly) and loved it as well!
