Nicolo's Chicago Style Pizza - Longmont

4.5 stars! I was concerned due to some recent negative reviews, but I had a wonderful experience with friendly service. The garlic bread was delicious, and the marinara sauce was excellent—definitely not from a can!

Delicious pizza with a variety of options. We always pick up our dough here when we make our own pizzas at home. Their gluten-free crust is also one of the best we've tried!

Nicolo's serves up a dependable pizza sliced into squares, topped with generous portions of high-quality ingredients and ample cheese. The owner is warm and welcoming, adding to the inviting atmosphere. While the wings are not particularly impressive, as they are baked in the pizza oven and quite ordinary, the overall experience remains positive. This family-run establishment is definitely worth a visit.

The food was outstanding, and there was a great variety of beer and wine available. We sampled several dishes, including gluten-free and vegan choices, and everyone had a wonderful meal. Several of us were first-time visitors, and we certainly intend to come back. The service was excellent, particularly for a large group on a bustling Saturday night. A big thank you to the team!
