I visited through the drive-thru, but unfortunately, the lights were off, making it difficult to see the menu. The service was lacking as well; I wasn't greeted upon arrival, and when I mentioned the lighting issue, I was met with an unfriendly attitude. I was just trying to be polite. Additionally, I did not receive any utensils for my drink or food. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I had a problem with my order, so I called and spoke to Alma. She assured me that she would fix it, but ultimately, she refused to help. The service I received was the worst I've ever encountered.
Had an online order. I have a time of 530. I'm here at 532. I ask for my order and it wasn't even ready. there were 2 people who commanded and a person in the line. I'm sorry, but if you're going to order one and put a time on it, the order should be done. no apologies or anything, they would have said that I'm sorry I was okay.
I'm so disappointed every single time I've made the trip to this Panda, they never make my food correctly . They forget something . Small portions , the food looks horrible . I've had the last straw with this place . Super disappointed. Terrible listeners
