Pinnochio's - Longmont

The food was excellent, and my order arrived quickly. I will definitely be ordering again. I understand that many places are experiencing staffing issues right now, and I appreciate their efforts.

The restaurant was rather slow when we arrived at 3:15 PM, with only one other table occupied. At first, we were a bit unsure since it was the weekend, but we ended up enjoying our experience. The waitress and the owner/manager were both very friendly, and the food was outstanding. We ordered artichoke dip, fettuccine Alfredo, and gnocchi, and everything tasted freshly made rather than the processed food that many places serve these days. We will definitely return.

I ordered the manicotti with meatballs and meat sauce, and it satisfied my cravings perfectly in terms of flavor. The breadsticks served to us at the beginning were warm and seasoned just right. The salad featured fresh, crisp, cold vegetables that were truly enjoyable. Both our waiter and waitress were efficient, helpful, and incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning here again!

I tried their pizza for the first time yesterday; I had the Pinocchio, and my husband had the Sensation. I really enjoyed the strong garlic flavor in mine, and the crust was nice and soft, not too thick. The tiramisu was also delicious. Today, I went for breakfast, and it was quiet and relaxing. The service was great, and the portions are generous. I only managed to eat half of my traditional Benedict because it was quite filling! While I waited for my entrée, I treated myself to some of their tasty pastries with tea. My only complaint was that there was a little too much hollandaise on my eggs, which made them feel a bit greasy and caused the butter to separate. Other than that, everything was hot and fresh. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!
