Chili's Grill - Longview

I go to chili’s about every 2 weeks. It’s always an amazing experience. Richard is an amazing waiter. We always get him when my family goes. He provides with amazing service. I always get the Cajun pasta and I recently tried the baked potato soup. Which was delicious! Will keep going here with my family and friends!

The food is good, and the 2 for $25 price is reasonable. Around 5 minutes after our salads were brought, our entrees arrived. Hubby moved this salad aside, and ate his meal. I finished my salad and then ate my barely warm meal. Steaks were cooked correctly, and broccoli well steamed. Timing of service needs improvement.

Good service, portions, and food. A bit salty on the broccoli, but my salmon was awesome. Husband’s burger was huge! Will come back.

Our first chili experience. the food was good. the drinks were good and the service was fantastic. the whole staff was friendly, timely, kept drinks full. we would not have asked for something better.

The Just Bacon Burger was really good and the fries were nice. The chips were greasy and my wife's steak was undercooked. They also forgot her strawberry lemonade. However, the overall experience wasn't the worst. The waiter was friendly and fixed his mistakes quickly. I would come here again.
