Mcdonald's - Longview

The workers were really good today. burger good as usual, pommes that they never know whether they get old fries or fresh when they are fresh, they are great if they don't, they want to go to whataburger because their fries are always good, so are their burgers, and so are mcdonalds, but the fries is what they change places.

Your drive-thru and patrons parking lot is totally insane! I'll stay on my side of town from here on out! I don't care if my food gets cold before I get there! My life is worth more than a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit!

I am not sure why, but the fries always taste stale. Yes, I am from a much bigger city; but I thought McDonald's had the same way of cooking, nationwide

I asked them to make sure we got fresh fries with our meal but what we got was nasty. The fries tasted like they had been refried Then when I took them back up to counter the woman rolled her eyes and just said she could assure me that they were made fresh When I asked for fresh fries the ones she brought me were pretty much burnt. They were dark in color and hard as little rocks. When I asked her if she was serious she just said it looks like there was just no way to make me happy.

Terrible customer service. Cassandra had a terrible attitude. They took 30 minutes to make 3 drinks for me. Because the regular machines had no carbonation. And the spicy chicken nuggets are as hard as a rock. Nothing but attitude from the employees. Will not be returning to this McDonald’s again. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
