On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina Longview

Our food was great, the drinks were great, and our service was superior. we had the pleasure of having a waitress named cameron. that was on the 17th juni at 19 o'clock. we were most impressed by cameron, who was very good to review the adjustments and generally to be very sweet and attentive. when we come back, I hope we will get them back. (If cameron reads this, we were the “not so young couple” that needed a shot grand marnier in her margarita. many thanks for the really great service.

This is the second time I've eaten here, and they've done an amazing job with the bar. During my first visit, we ordered takeout and enjoyed a drink, but this time we dined at the bar, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kitchen quickly brought out our food, which tasted fantastic. We definitely plan to return! We both ordered chimichangas—she had the ground beef, and I chose the fajita steak. Both were excellent. On my last visit, I had the limit, which I must mention is perfect for those with a big appetite—it's huge! It was also great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The food is quite good, but I’ve noticed that it doesn’t always feel very clean, and there has been a musty smell recently. Still, we love the place!

Very good food. a little expensive, but overall it was good. could not be a salt shaker for the chips that was somewhat strange. the service was good.

The Tex-Mex food is predictably average. On the plus side, the salsa is quite tasty. We visited in the afternoon when it was definitely not busy, but the service was disappointing. The interior of the restaurant could use a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. The portion sizes are generous, which is a plus. However, there was a plumbing issue in the ladies' restroom that made the faucet spray water onto the mirror when turned on. My three-star rating might be a bit generous, and I don’t plan on returning.
