Papa Johns Pizza - Longview

Did not get what I ordered and could not answer anyone. What they delivered was frozen pizza on a par with Walmart. Never again. Food: 1/5

I'm glad I decided to give them another chance after a disappointing pizza a month ago. Last night's order was spot on! Food: 5/5

I placed my order for a large pizza online without any issues. It was my first time at the Loop Store, and when I went to pay, I was told to wait for another 4 minutes, which was fine. However, I noticed plenty of people coming and going, so I asked again about my order after about 10 minutes. They told me it would be a few more minutes. To make a long story short, after waiting for a while, I ended up requesting a refund and decided to go to Pizza Hut instead, where I should have gone in the first place.

They use an overseas answering service for phone orders, which creates a significant language barrier. It took nearly 6 minutes just to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza.
