Pizza Hut - Longview

I got my order, but the service was good and the pizza was freshly cooked. Overall, it was a good experience.

Put in an online order for 11:45 pickup, well they brought my pizza out to me at 12:15! Terrible customer service!

They have the best pizza. I come here at least 2 times a week!

If I could give this place zero stars I would . I am writing this review not only because of one time bad experience with this place but because of facing same issues more than 3 times . I tried to share them with the manager only but now I would like to share it with everybody. Each time we tried to have a family dinner at this place on weekends evenings we received lots of rudeness and poor service from the staff , they always close down half of the restaurant around 7 pm and make you seat where ever they want , they are most of the time run out of lots of toppings or bone less chicken . They ruined our family dinner many times because of their nasty attitude and gave them another chance by mistake. Do Not waste your money and Do not ruin your precious family time at this unwelcoming , poor service place .
