The Bresse chicken with wine and Jura morilla was sublime. Regional cheese plate... that didn't come out of the fridge (a big thank you is so much better a cheese at temperature). To finish a strawberry soup with basil and olive oil. Just divine...
Very pleasant and particularly practical. Arrive without reservation at 13h40 and accept us gladly. Very good meal with fresh products and qualities. Unparalleled and user-friendly service. Very good table. We'll close our eyes.
An efficient and fast service. Hot atmosphere, calm and serene. The dishes are all better than the others where the chef makes you love the vegetables you haven't learned at all in normal time. BRAVO. Everything is succulent. Thanks for these taste discoveries.
Excellent restaurant! We dine on Sunday evening (uncommon enough to find an open restaurant and it’s really a plus). The meal was very good from the entrance to dessert with fresh and quality products. The service is also very high and very fast for any request.
It is obvious that the Sel Seed is an excellent restaurant. The latter, led by a recognized chef restorer, has a true identity whether culinary or visual. With many menus, it was finally the Discovery menu that attracted me and I had the opportunity to see the whole range of dishes offered. And it is obvious that these are an address that must not be missed. However, if you want to make a detour, I can only advise you to reserve to be sure to have a place.
