Avrei potuto dare di più, ma ahimè, non ho mai trovato un letto così sporco (sembrava quasi che le lenzuola non fossero state nemmeno cambiate) abbiamo chiesto che la coperta fosse cambiata, che era in una condizione imbarazzante, l'hanno cambiata, ma quando abbiamo alzato le lenzuola la sera erano purtroppo anche sporchi come la coperta che avevamo sostituito, d'altra parte il servizio piuttosto diligente ci ha permesso di cambiare le stanze alle 22:30 di sera. Oltre alla cattiva avventura delle lenzuola, l'accoglienza e la colazione erano entrambi buoni.

We made the Macerata Loreto pilgrimage and we had booked in this nice and welcoming hotel 200 meters from the holy house to refresh ourselves before leaving for Varese (after 28 km on foot in the night and without stopping . The hotel is simple but clean and with adequate rooms for the level it is strategic for the position. The welcome was truly exceptional, they welcomed us and shared their enthusiasm for the pilgrimage and the related effort with us, offering us all possible assistance. Highly recommended for visiting Loreto.

I give the star for only two reasons: the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always smiling and welcoming, and the location a stone's throw from the Sanctuary. Unfortunately, everything else doesn't deserve even one star. Narrow corridors, with dirty and ruined carpeting everywhere (even on the stairs). The room is truly embarrassing! Upon entering, on the left there is a 1x2m bathroom with toilet and bidet, decidedly small and uncomfortable. You may be wondering where the shower and sink are... because I wondered that too... they were in another corner of the bathroom, located in another area of the room. Small and cramped spaces. Nightmare breakfast, with poor quality products. Edible lunch and dinner. I don't recommend it. Rooms: Small, poorly laid out and cramped. Nearby activities: Great location! Very close to the sanctuary and in the center.

Really bad experience that I don't wish on anyone Two days without being able to take a shower as there was no hot water in the room To the complaints made we were told that they had hot water at the bar (as if I had complained that they fixed it not to have it) incredible! They didn't even apologize for the disservice caused by demonstrating total indifference to the customers (they know that most of the customers are passing pilgrims). Shame!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!
