The menu is innovative, fresh produce, well priced and the staff were efficient, friendly and had great knowledge of their unique menu. The house made halloumi with honey and preserved lemon was the savoury standout and their rice pudding with quince and lemon thyme was to die for! It’s worth a trip to Lorne just to eat here. Make sure you book as it is a small club and you’ll be disappointed to miss out.
I was incredibly impressed with the creative, fresh, and delicious food at this restaurant. We sampled a variety of small and large dishes, as well as some incredible desserts that were on par with those at a 5-star restaurant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I only wish this restaurant was closer to us so that we could dine here every week.

Great food at very reasonable prices. Enough on the menu to satisfy anyone we had chicken schnitzel and the beef tacos. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle elsewhere in Lorne. The people in the kitchen and behind the bar were so welcoming the sticky date pudding was to die for. Highly recommend this place.
The food was delicious but unfortunately the meals are so small we all went home to make toast. $10 for the kids meals was ridiculous they were so tiny, about 6 mouthfuls of pasta. $25 for the mains would be a good price had we not gone home hungry. At the bar $6 for a pot of beer is top end price, not bowling club prices. Again, the food was lovely so it’s a shame about serving portions.
