Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant has very new staff who are not yet trained. Unopened wine was put on the table for us to pour ourselves. Two steaks were overdone and had to be sent back. The potatoes did not taste like they were cooked in duck fat. The lamb, however, was delicious. Our drinks were forgotten. Overall, it was disappointing compared to the excellent experience we had last year. While we appreciate the current staff, both the kitchen and front of house areas need significant improvement.
Service was slow and the food dry. It was as though my pasta was waiting under the heater for my husband's meal to be cooked. I couldn't eat it. The lamb was very dry and pasta hard. We were staying in the Mantra but didn't return back for another meal. We also requested another drink but they forgot when we went to pay.
Dinner was great but the service was a little slow. l think they may had a problem in the kitchen is staff issues. Overall it was good
Staffing is currently a problem, which may have impacted the speed of table service. However, when we had their attion the people were friendly and helpful. However, as a restaurant with a focus on steaks, the scotch fillet was more well done than the requested medium rare. Acceptable food, not exceptional.
The restaurant was very busy and extremely noisy our waitress was lovely and the food very nice ,but our booking was at 6.30 we all had the specials shared menu our mains arrived at 8.45 very slow !! We were given a nice bowl of potatoes no charge as an apology. The wine was very good We were a table of 5 and had a good night ,but it would have been better if our food arrived sooner
