Great Harvest Bread Co. - Lorton

I visited today and was impressed by the enthusiasm of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed with genuine Southern hospitality. When they asked what I wanted, I simply requested a sandwich and coffee. I trusted their judgment and let them serve me what they personally enjoyed, and I couldn’t have been happier with my meal. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was spot on! The bread had a delightful nutty flavor that complemented everything perfectly. The addition of garlic spread was a wonderful touch. The coffee was a lovely Louisiana blend that offered the ideal balance, making for a fantastic start to my day. The atmosphere felt like a cozy local café, with every new guest treated like a VIP. Everyone who entered during my 30-minute visit was greeted with smiles. You can't ask for better customer service. It was a joy to dine here today, and you've certainly earned my loyalty. I’ll be back for breakfast on the weekends!

10/10. great service I love their coffee. I had the tuna melt a few weeks ago loved it so decided to come to breakfast so delicious. good prices also have outside seats and inside.

I have a great appreciation for Great Harvest overall, but this particular location truly stands out for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the expected offerings of breads and scones, there's a full menu featuring lattes, salads, and sandwiches that can easily compete with any café. The seating is cozy both indoors and outdoors—which is one of the reasons I make the extra effort to visit this location, even though I live closer to the Burke site. However, it’s really the staff that makes this place special. Every person who has assisted us has been friendly, but the owner, who is consistently present during my visits, is especially wonderful. Today, my friend and I attempted to have lunch at noon while juggling two babies and two toddlers. The owner kindly took the time to cut my daughter’s cinnamon roll into quarters for her. When she noticed me struggling to cut it while holding my baby, she actually sat down with my daughter to help her take a bite. It's these little gestures that keep me coming back.

This place was awesome! If you ever in Lorton Va. You need to visit this place. We just got off the Amtrak auto train and was looking for a quick breafast, saw this place and we were not disappointed. People were friendly and food was great. We had the chocolate chip pumpkin muffin and Turkey bacon cheese panini YUM!
