I don't know whether to laugh or be angry. The "pork roasted sommes" dish I ordered had very little pork and was mostly bread. I am very disappointed and would like a refund. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
The food is good, but the customer service is far from being okay. I went with a group of eight yesterday and we politely asked the waitress to pay with 4 cards, their answer was it, and I quote: 'absolutely not?, and again, we did not ask to separate the bill, we wanted to pay various amounts for each card. We are trying to explain to the waitress our request and their answer, and I quote: We are not doing this here, you need to find out and you will have to do it quickly because I wait people?, and with this attitude my friend, that is how you lose business. In the meantime, there was a drunk guy out of control, swearing and screaming to other customers who in LA is somehow normal, which is not right is for the staff to admit this behavior. Neither the waitress or the manager did something about it, and that is unacceptable, as an entrepreneur himself, I always make sure everyone has a good time. The right way to address a situation as is to ask the customer to behave or leave, you cannot simply ignore what happens. It was really sad when people began to leave because this guy was out of control, maybe he was a normal, but someone like this hurts your business. If you really want more customers, new customers, you need to have a meeting with your team, how to provide good customer service and how to address a drunk customer situation. Your company has a lot of potential, but you may need to move your staff.
The first time I went the food was good that I came back for more, I got the shrimp rolls and the pad watch. I love shrimp rolls and these are cheaper than usual and the pad saw ew was delicious. I ordered the shrimp rolls and Chow again. Chow my was a 1/10, lack of taste lacked everything tbh. And the shrimp rolls were torn, it's kind of hard to eat/together shrimp rolls when they are torn. Whatever. I again ordered to see the pad ew and the shrimp reels again. Again, the shrimp rollers were ground and even smaller than usual. And the pad see ew lacks taste. I think consistency is important, but I assume not here. I'm not coming back. I want to say, maybe it's my fault that I order to close, maybe it has postponed its mood.
Staff was super friendly and quick. Food was fresh but not particularly tasty... which is surprising because Thai food is based on a blend of sweet, sour, salty, spicy and fish sauce.
