The owner was incredibly unprofessional and should not dictate what the customer can and cannot have on their sandwich. While the sandwich was decent, it could have used a bit more cheese. The service was terrible and the young girl behind the counter even laughed at my request for cheese. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. 0 out of 10.
I'd give the brisket a 4.5 out of a 10! The Mac and cheese was dry, could tell it was sitting there awhile. Potatoe salad was bland, almost like a pureed like texture. Not tasty at all. For the price it wasn't worth it at all, we spent all my most 50$for awful food. I honestly felt like asking for a full refund but my boyfriend stopped me LOL! GET IT TOGETHER INFINITEBBQ!!!!!!!????
I had to leave a review for whoever makes the brisket at Infinite! I ordered the sliced brisket sandwich and I have to say it was some of the best brisket I've ever tasted! It was incredibly tender and juicy. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!
I relocated to this area from Texas four months ago. Upon arriving at my hotel late, I rushed to Smith's to grab some water and other essentials. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the enticing smell of BBQ. Although Infinity BBQ was already closed, I made sure to return the next day to try their food. It turns out the owner and chef is also from Texas, which explains why the BBQ is so delicious! He even serves Frito Pie, and everything on the menu is fantastic. I am officially a fan!
Melt in her mouth brisket smoked to perfection no sauce required. the soße is also very good.
