Food was exceptional and frankly surprising. Vegan options for my lady and the burger was perfect. Not a typical restaurant in style but weather was perfect to eat outside. Great spot for a good feed before or after experiencing this amazing park. Vegetarian options: Fried bread is simply superb and ask for vegan options as they have several.

In this small cafe at a national monument in the mountains of New Mexico I was able to get a vegan burger with vegan cheese on a toasted bun with caramelized onions it was delicious!! ?

What an amazing and very delicious hamburger. I had the New Mexico True Burger... every bite was delicious. A very nice treat after hiking and exploring the loop! Staff was awesome. Keep up the great work.
