Contribuisci feedbackWas looking for somewhere on my way home and found this place on help andboy was I glad. Super friendly staff from the cashier to the chefs in the back, nice atmosphere with there nice tables and cool decorations on the wall and some how even better food!! I'll be back forsure
For a second day my wife and I went to Los Alamos and dropped in for lunch. I had the salmon and shrimp. My wife had the slow braised pork belly with goat cheese ad the tri-tip. They definitely know how to cook seafood. Neither shrimp or salmon was over cooked. With the corn tortillas and the sauce...yum The tri-tip was a tad over cooked. The pork belly could have used more goat cheese but, it tasted great. None of the 4 tacos was over seasoned nor spicy. If you demand over seasoned food that hides the flavor of the meat, this restaurant is not for you. The bathroom was very clean, as was the restaurant. What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!!
Best masa for their tortilla. They grow their own heirloom corn. Simple ingredients executed perfectly. The chorizo potato and egg taco is fantastic as is the pork belly. They also offered some vegan options with cauliflower and mushrooms. Great selection of Beer, cider and wine. My dad stopped in on Monday. Closed. On his way up from LA he stopped and brought back tacos and ribs WOW !! Conrad keeps hitting home runs. Able to move locations and still keep the consistency. He's one of my fave Chefs dominating the taco scene and still an OG cooking with red oak like a Jedi Master LOVE from the Murphy Family. Conrad IS RAD !!
Best food EVER. If I'm lying I'm dying. guarantee that you will be more than satisfied with the food here. It's phenomenal! Pork Belly Tacos are so bomb! The plating style of each dish, including the tacos make you feel like you're not paying enough! : Nevertheless, still enjoy the food every time!
So ValleFresh is LEGIT! We're taking fresh, local ingredients. Fresh, hand-made tortillas. FRESH means fresh. Valle means valley in Spanish. So they're all about local ingredients from the valley. I tried their tacos at a Yelp event and I am hooked. Amazing is an overused word but they deserve it. The bbq chicken tacos. The pork belly tacos. The cauliflower and veggie tacos. LEGIT. Shredded cabbage. Lime and lemon wedges. Salsas on point. Can't wait to try more of their menu. And, they were super cool and professional. Representing the Central Coast with style and grace.
