Brooklyn Bagel Lax - Los Angeles

Yummy Bagels! Your bagel cream cheese ratio was a bit for me, just because I felt more cheese on him and I didn't feel much there. However, the bagel itself was crunchy on the outside and really soft inside that I loved!

I lived in Brooklyn for 7 years. If you are looking for a real NY bagel, you will be disappointed. They taste and look nothing like NY/Brooklyn Bagels. I ordered one with eggs and I forgot the eggs. When I sent it back, they gave it back in 5 seconds with the eggs, which means they are probably frozen/warmed egg patties. If I wanted, I would have gone to Ralph.

You think if you go to a special bagel shop, at least they would know how to cut bagels in the middle. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Brooklyn Bagel. We have a dozen bagels and about half of them were cut in a funny way, including those in the pictures below. Called the manager and she didn't seem to care so we wouldn't go back.

Beautiful bagel at the price! Stop for Bagelgelüste. The photo speaks for itself. Great smoked salmon. Onion Bagel roasted. Fluffy and moist. Perfect bite. No complaints. Williamsburg: $9.99

Kind of bummed out. Ordered sausage egg and cheese on jalapeño bagel. Was running late so didn't get a chance to check but she put it on a regular Asiago bun. Not really what I wanted but I was too far anyways. The sandwich was ok but I didn't get that jalapeño kick that I was craving. The inside was ok tho besides the fact that the cheese wasn't even close to warm or melted.
