Candela La Brea - Los Angeles

I came for a travel agency event carried out by the Preferred Hotel Group. They offer parking facilities, but we took Uber who paid them very generously from them. Inside it was dark and the mood was like a nightclub, but without the loud music. It is a very beautiful place in an old historical building.

Nice mood. They have changed a lot in recent years. Now they're more of a lounge than a restaurant. The food and the prices are still good, but I wish they had the spicy shrimps.

We had a very hard time finding a place for our wedding reception. When we went to Candela La Brea, we knew it was the place for us. In addition to the modern look of Candela, it was already equipped with a striking sound system, large lighting, projectors, tables and really great furniture. We worked with Omar, Maria, Fabiola and several members of the Candela team. Everyone was so great and accommodating from the beginning to the end. For so many things, there were many details and lots of back and forth, and Omar and the crew made the whole process so smooth for us. We had to postpone our wedding, and Omar and Candela worked with us to change our date without glimm, which was really appreciated. We wanted our wedding party to be a PARTY, and Candela ended up being everything we wanted and more. We had around 165 guests and everyone fits perfectly, with a huge dance floor right in the middle. Our guests shaved food, drinks, sound system and how beautiful the venue looked. We rented the front place for our cocktail hour and our guests moved to the main room for the rest of the night. We will always remember to go to Candela on the day of our wedding and see how beautiful everything looked from our vision to finally come together. We are so grateful for Omar, Maria and all in Candela because we were one of the great reasons that made our wedding day so unforgettable and special.

I had a major event for an Mexican group to celebrate them getting a star on the Hollywood walk of Fame we had their after party here. This venue is beautiful the staff accommodating the food was delicious..My event was a BIG success Thanks to the Candela Team..They made it all so easy for me to plan, host and celebrate the occasion..I would definitely use this venue again

Seems to be a bit of a secret for a good place to watch the games on Sunday. Drove by a million times then I was walking by on a Sunday, saw the sign and balloons so went in after my Walk. Surprised to find only like 4 other guys, lots of space, 3 different games on giant 15 foot screens even a dj for the commercials ?
