Contribuisci feedbackFirst time I came they took forever but they seem to be low staffed so I waited. I came back a week later for jalapeño poppers they took around 20 minutes for a small order. If you wanna stop by for a quick snack, don't don't waste your time, you'll lose your hunger with the wait and there's literally no one in the store. The store is clean. I have yet to check the bathrooms.
I?ve been to this location in the past, by drive thru and Ive tolerated the wait. However today my nephews I decided to dine in and this was just the cherry on the top for me. The manager Mary is clearly having issues managing the shift, I was the only person ordering up front and she completely ignored me for a good 7 minutes. And she kept giving me attitude and honestly she really needs to work on customer service. Do not recommend this location.
It's ok however the intercom for drive thru isn't great or the head set they use because they always have a problem hearing us. Then because of that our order always comes out wrong. Example I ordered 2 mini cakes, they only gave us one and charged us for one... Not a major thing to be upset about but does get tiring
Food always good and close to the area but sad the restroom are locked both of them they not allow to use for anybody. They still thinking we are in pandemic time and scaring themselves this regulations or restrictions feeling is not worthy for the People who come and buy here they don?t allow to have restrooms available to anyone who comes inside this place.
The girl with the faded pink hair needs to check her attitude this was on 10/23 at 7:20-7:25ish. I've always visited this Carls Jr and the service is always exceeded my expectations. However today it did not, my dad and I head her say 5 piece chicken tenders (what I ordered) and I went up and she said very rudely I didn't call you and I say anything to you. Which could have been handled two different ways. I did the grown up thing and walked away. And someone else gave me my order in stead. I wish she did so I could have checked her. But please correct her attitude. I also come from the fast food industry and I never treated a misunderstanding like this. -Thanks
