Chateau Lemongrass - Los Angeles

I enjoyed a satisfying bowl of vegan pho at this restaurant on a cold day. The broth was tasty and filled with tofu, bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, and noodles. I personally would have preferred fewer scallions and more cilantro as garnish, along with the basil, bean sprouts, and lime wedge that were provided. The restaurant has a clean atmosphere and offers outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and I am excited to return and sample more items from their vegan menu.

Highly recommended by @vegancookielover. The service is friendly and efficient. The food is served promptly and piping hot. The sauces are delicious.

Good eating, but I would recommend ordering the service was very slow, never got our drinks, etc.

Best pho in the opposite good part for the price. they are busy so they may expect a few minutes delays.
