Chick-fil-a - Los Angeles

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if possible. The dining room was very poorly maintained and the staff seemed more focused on socializing than serving customers. The service was completely unprofessional and the food was disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. The food was dry and difficult to eat, and it left me feeling uneasy about this franchise restaurant. I spent $35 on 5 meal items, but the only decent thing was my large Coke. I don't plan on returning in the future.

The store manager is extremely racist to employees and customers. Will definitely not return and the operator shows how much he cares about customer service by the lack of responses from customers that have had a bad experience at his franchise. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding, but I have had tastier fast food elsewhere.

Workers profiled my friend on the basis of what he wore and tried to ask for a vax card despite the lack of an active mandate. also a lot of luck to find parking just hop in the drive thru at the Hollywood location, they are open until almost midnight.
